ed was a $100 defense bond.

Molthu of Coquille who did a clev
e r and unusual im itation. O ne of
most hum orous was her im itation
of a cat and dog fight. Sponsored
by th e Coquille Lions club. Miss
Molthu was presented w ith a $50
defense bond.

bond for third place honors she
won for h e r vocal in terp retatio n of
"God’s L ittle Candles.”

55, who died May 13 at a P ortland
hospital follow ing a b rief illness.

She was born Ju n e 10, 1897 at
M yrtle P oint and had spent her
entire life in Coquille. She w as a
m em ber of Mamie Rebekah Lodge
