Dip the measuring spoon in cold water before putting it into the dough each time. Dough falls out easily, flat side down, on the cookie sheet — and your cookies will all be the same size and same shape. ★ ★ ★ Strain jelly in the milk strainer with two filter disks, and jelly w ill be clear. While at Portland they visited Lawrence Vandervort and also Mr. and Mrs. Ernest D ill at Multnomah, Oregon. Mrs. O. H. Aasen accompanied Mr. and Mrs. McAllister to Port land, where she remained with her mother, Mrs. Louisa Haberly, and had a check-up at the Portland clinic. She returned home with M r .and Mrs. McAllister and is getting along very nicely.
