He has lived in Oregon the greater part of his life, though his native state is Idaho. He attended school in Lakeview, Oregon. • He came to Coquille in 1938, and for a number of years worked for .Thrift’s Grocery. In 1941 he married a Coos county girl, Harriet Daniel son. The Wallace’s now have two children. Ernie purchased the meat market from Jim Harra six years ago and since that time has built up a reputation which is enviable. Working with Ernie is Harold Dey, who like Ernie is always ready with a pleasant word. Harold has been with the firm since his discharge from service on April 1, 1946. Frank E.
