orchid, gave a splendid talk, ac
cepting the honor bestowed upon
her and stating that “Sincerity”
would be her watchword for the
coming year.

sincere talk emphasizing his co
operation with her and the chap
ter.
St. James’ choir, under the
leadership of Wayne Smith, sang
several splendid numbers, solo
parte being taken by Mrs. Charles
Stauff, Mrs. Joy Brown and Mrs.
Roberta Aasen. Muriel Dae A r-
dath presided at the piano.
Later refreshments were served
in the banquet hall by Mrs. J. A.
Moore and her committee. Mrs.
