Orceou Bum Gartin of Bandon, a pal of the writer since childhood, and the writer took a cat fishing trip together when the cats were striking last spring and, although that trip is now many months behind us and lies back there just a memory, there was a remark that Bum made that has stuck in our mind ever since.
