the Methodist Churches throughout

regard to Summer Institutes were
taken up at this time. Lay repre­
sentatives were present, including
young people from the Youth Fel­
lowship work. Rev. Silas E. Fair­
ham and Bishop Bruce Baxter, to­
gether witb several lay speakers,
were present to speak and direct the
