Mr. and Mrs. D. E. Cruckshank re
turned Tuesday from Portland where
they had gone last Saturday to attend
a reunion of Mrs. Cruckshank's family
on Sunday.

left here in 1932 when J. E. Axtell
purchased the Title Guarantee & Ab
stract Co., came in Monday and left
for their home in central Idaho on
Tuesday. They were on a vacation;
trip and noted many changes in Co
quille since their last visit here five*
years ago. Mrs Harberd'« parents,'
Mr. and Mrs. Gray, who were asso
ciated with Mr. Harberd in the ab-
tract business here, have both passed
away since leaving here.

been on a six weeks' trailer trip
through the Northwest.
Mr and Mrs. M. H. Shelley, Jr.,
are enjoying a visit from Mrs. Shel
ley’s sister, Miss Doris Hilscher of
Spokane, who arrived here Tuesday
from California to visit for a week
before returning home.
