Young Peopl® Attend Conference Eight young’* people of the local Church of Christ attended a young people’s conference at Firpoint con-, ference grounds near Glendale, Ore-) gon, last week. The conference group was composed of young people from most of the Churches of Christ in .’ackson, Douglas and Coos counties. Attending from Coquille were Emma Frances Mulkey, Patricia Nosier, Yvonne Kem, June Marie Hughes, Virgil Arrel, Billie Cardwell, Phillip Stem, Junior Stem, and Earl F. Downing, the minister of the Church of Christ here. The week was spent in study, worship, fellowship and play. The young people from Co quille report a profitable and an en joyable time.
