Mukey, the regular monthly business session was hold and followed hy a short program. New Cases in Circuit Court Attendance Is Cosmopolitan More than a dozen countries in all parta of the world have their repre sentatives in students attending Oregon State University at Eugene. South Africa, Korea, India, Bul garia, and Alaska boast of one stu dent apiece, and one girl comes from Czecho-Slovakia. There are 23 from the Philippines, twelve from China, and eight from Japan. Australia has sent four, Russia six, and England at least three. Germany,* France, and other European countries are well represented. One of the most enjoyable bridge parties of the season was given by Mrs. Ed. Walker Thursday evening at her home on E. Second street, honor ing her sister-in-law, Mrs. Anne Don aldson, of San Francisco, Calif. The rooms were prettily decorated with beautiful bouquets of pink carnations and freeziss and moat delicious re freshments were served to her follow ing guests: Mesdames J, E. Paulson, R.
