According to advices received at the headquarters of the “Friends of Unification” movement, at Nashville, Tenn., Bishop Jamon Cannon, Jr, of the M. E. Church, South, has accepted the chairmanship of the eommittea on .organization of the movement, which is formed for the purpose of creating sentiment favorable to unification of northern and southern branches of the Methodist'church. For the prosecution of this work Bishop Cannon announces that ho has opened an office in Richmond, Vir ginia, and that those interested may address him on this subject at P. O. box 605.
