A bond issue waa authorised by Bandon to erect a Hydro-Electric plant in the -sum of 6110,000, which amount was expended on the project and in addition thereto w arrants in the sum of 830,000, or thereabouts, were issued on said fund and are out standing, m aking a to tal indebted ness of 6140,000.
