The grounds, consisting of 28 acres, in a beautiful campus, are being improved by grad ing and building walks and drives. The athletic field, drained with tile, has made the track firm so that track athletics are being carried on without delay. When the extensive plans for the gymnasium are completed and the Carnegie library is finished, Pacific University will be one of the best equipped private institutions in the Northwest.
