court alone. This was in regard to the
contention that George Guistin was not
a naturalized citizen of the United
States. Judge Bellinger ruled that, as
this allegation, if true, would disqual­
ify Guistin as a juror, it would Vie per­
mitted that the facts Vie tried before the
court by the filing of affidavits and
counter affidavits by the government
