VOL. 2 Railroad Rumblings Tillamook City held an enthusiastic meeting Tuesday for the purpose of taking preliminary steps toward get ting a line of railroad into that city. A proposition from the Oregon Trac tion Company was read. Tillamook needs a railroad and their only hope lies in getttng an extention from this place. The S. P. Company has shipped the gasolene motor car from the manu facturers in Kansas. When it anives it will be put on service from Portland to this city. The Oregon Traction company have let the contract for the construction work on the line between here and Portland, to the San Francisco com pany representation which were over the route two weeks ago.
