In this work they are being ably assisted by District Attorney Cleeton and will save the county many unimportant but expensive trials. Justices ofi the peace should follow their ex- j ample and ignore many o f the mat- i ters of private spite brought before them, or try to have the differences settled up out of court. The only thing in many of the justice cases is the fees. The county court has been disallowing many of these and should more.
