Mrs. Jim Grant, the former Gladys Coop, who has been attending the University of Mexico, is now staying with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Z. P. Coop and is attending the Portland State College three nigths a week. On week ends she drives to Madras witere her husband is in business. Both Mr. and Mrs. Grant ar rived at the Coop home Jan. 2 after a rugged trip up troin Madras; the roads being very hazardous at that time.
