Mr. and Mrs. Emery Powers made a trip to Oregon City Monday, and re port quite a lot o f ice on the roads. The P. T. A. will meet at the church Friday evening, January 25. A fine program is promised with a fine lot o f refreshments for which a fee o f 5 and 10 cents will be charged. The proceeds will be used to help pay for the piano. One man give $50 with the understanding that the P. T. A. put up the same amount. The meetings are held the last Friday of each month and are getting more and more interesting. Miss Ruth Whitfield was brought from the Good Samaritan hospital Sunday. She is staying at the home of her sister at present.
