Albert Closner and Floyd Drew were supper guests at the Myrtle Closner home on Thursday. R. S. Guttridge and son were Port land shoppers on Saturday. Mr, and Mrs. L. S. Tenny were Sunday guests at the J. A. Shibley home. Harry Grable has returned home fo r the Christmas holidays. Maxine Ward was a Thursday night guests o f Edith Howell. The Herb Monroe Family o f Car ver were guests at the P. J. Monroe home the first of the week. Press Howell has recently moved into his new bungalojv. M. W. Christensen of Portland was a Sunday visitor at the Dr. Wallen home. Duncan McDonald is thinking of joining a circus and is busy at pres ent training some white leghorn hens to lead. Several farmers have been mar keting their produce during the past week. Wiley Howell sold several live hogs and a beef; Ed Closner and Joe Guttridge each sent several dressed hogs to market, and J. A. Shibley & Son sold some cattle and sheep.
