since his rest had been disturbed
by a motor car.
Sufficient time was spent at the
hotel to view Mt. Hood, which from
this point can hardly be recognized
the cone-shaped peak so famil­
ia pictures.
Mrs. H. H. Baisey o f Tacoma,
Wnshington, who has been visiting
her mother, Mrs. John Irwin,
turned to Portland, Tuesday morn­
ing to visit other relatives after
which she will again return for a
short visit with her mother.
