It is important that Oregon outside of Portland be well represented, as the contest is state-wide. The conditions are s i m p l e : Contestants must be unmarried, 16 years of age or over, and ! bona fide residents of Oregon, j Obyiously it is required that they be pretty, as it would be worse than useless to submit one who would have no chance of win ning. The Oregonian is publishing, daily, a coupon for entrants, which should be properly filled out and pasted on the back of a suitable photograph.
