Mrs Fred Hoffmeister made a shopping trip to Oregon City the other day. Edna Evans was away a few days last week, being the guest of Portland friends. Will Douglass had the misfor tune to cut his finger on the potato planter the other day. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Udell of Dover, were visiting with Mr. and Mrs. John Parks Sunday af ternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil May and daughter Evelyn, of Oregon City were guests at the Roy Douglass home a couple of days last week. Mrs. R. L. Douglass of The Dalles, who has been the guest of relatives down this way for the past week, returned home on Monday, accompanied by her niece, Mildred Douglass.
