Morgan is the re cipient of a most interesting and informing letter from 1st. Lieut. P. Launtsen of the 162 Infantry. It is dated August fourth from Contres, France. In it he gives a searching analysis of German ideals and morals, especially those of the Boche. Space will not permit giving the letter in full, but the following extracts give som? idea of how our soldiers are beginningato consider the work in which they are engaged.
