This year’s team is primarily a one-man team, with Otis Wag ner as the mainstay on offense and defense, yet coupled with the playing o f Barr, Schmidt, Denny, Bartlomay, Johnson and Reed, all experienced players, a well rounded team may yet result. The weakest point in the home team to date is in the position o f quarter-back, which should be filled by an experienced player, one who is capaide o f generailing the team when in action and one with sufficient judgement to call j for the right play at the right I time. The work o f Somers at quarter | was as good as could be expected ! from an inexperienced light weight player. In Friday’ s game Estacada showed a lack o f machine-like team work, which will come with more practise.
