MOTOR CAR
Power and speed were not sacrificed in order to
secure a dashing design—nor was the design
slighted in order to attain the practical.
The space is extraordinarily large, and the
seats are unusually wide, deep and generous.
But, as you will see, these results have not
lessened, but enhanced, the beauty of the car.

rippling of a brook asked the agent.
“What Is the fare to the fair?"
To which the thick headed agent re
plied. “Same us to the homely, madam "

Those who mistake evil for good or
good for evil will never attain to Miss
The Judge’s Hint.
A young Irish barrister began his
speech to the court in these terms:
“The eagle soaring high above the
mists of the ettrtb. winning Its daring
flight against a midday sun. until the
contemplation becomes too dazzling for
humanity, and mortal eyes gaze after
It in vato.”' Here the orator was no-
tleed to falter and lose the tbreud of
his speech. He sat down after some
valu attempts to regain It. The Jndge
then said. "The next time. sir. you
bring an eagle into court I should rec
ommend yon to clip Its wings
