Some twenty witnesses were ex- mined on -both tides and many legal questions raised and argued. The effect of the decision se cures the title iu the fair associa tion to the 40 acres of land near Tvgh Valley upon which the present fair buildings are located. Faoni statements made yesterday after the decision, it is not con sidered likely that an appeal will be taken to the supreme court.
