rafslng of corn. This was followed
by a violin solo by L. J, Getchell.
George Brown, the newly elected
president of Cloverdale local, gave
a short talk concerning the future
of the union and expressed somo of
h!a ideas on the warehouse and
what should be done at the next
(stockholders' meeting. He closed
his speech by requesting the mem
bers to be prompt in auenaance ai
the meetings and other matters
concerning the union.
' The next meeting of the Clover
dale local will be on January 8.
