That members of this association shall not select any all-star or all Amerlcan teams for any spent or agency. That practice during the playing season be confined to two hours dally and that coaches shall not call their squads together before September 16, unless college opens prior to that day, this resolution to be the sonso of the meeting and to be carried out as far aa coaches have authority.
