M. Carr. scoutmaster, was nre- sented with a camera by the mem bers of tho organization as one of the features of the Christmas tree event. Troop No. 1, it was recalled last night, Is the pioneer troon of the city and Mr. Carr is one of the nrst men to take up scouting as a leader in the movement here. The troop Is three years old. All ot the members were given presents at the tree. The presenta tion of the camera was made by Carl Muller, Eagle Scout, who spoke briefly of the Influence Mr. Carr has. had in tho lives of tho boys who have served with him.
