The Hardy lane extension was es tablished as a road to give the farmers in that locality an outlet but a bridge across the slough on that route has not yet been built and the grade that has been com pleted Is so soft that It cannot be used. On the west aido of the main line track the grade of the new sidetracks precludes all travel in that direction, it was stated.
