Bathing Girl Gontr August 4 (Reaistor Lane County Special) SPRINGFIELD, Ore., July 20. -The American Legion will con duct a contest to select a bathing girl to represent Springfield at tha state legion Convention at Seaside September 6. t and 8, beginning August 4 and lasting until August 25. It is probable that several en tries from this post will be mode at Seaside, it is announced, and the winner of the contest will get a free trip to the coast.
