Brlstow and C. C. Carter, as the Luckey Jewelry company, in the sum of S326.49 alleged due on a bill of goods shipped to them by M. Sel ler and company wholesale Jewel era of Portland. Beth lJiraway who was also made a defendant in the case, was given a non-suit. This is a cose wherein Brlstow and Carter claimed that a portion of the goods shipped to them was intended for Laraway. - '" The next case to come up was that of Wilbur I Rayburn against H. P. Kubll is scheduled to sneak in the fore noon following a band concert that will start at :S0. The place nf the sneaklna- has not been de cided. The county court has granted permission for the speak ing and concert at the city park but has barred other forma of en tertainment and concessions from the county property. , A tentative outline of some of the entertainment features for the holiday celebration were discussed by the executive committee.
