Cold Meat Croquettes
One and three-fourihs (.tips of
cooked meat.
One teaspoon of celery eult.
One teaspoon of lemon juice.
One teaspoon finely chopped pars
ley. One-half teaspoon of Bait, a dash
of pepper, a few drops of onion
juice.
One cup of thick white sauce.
Mix all in the order given. Cool
and shnpe, roll in beaten egj(. Cover
with fine erumbs. Cook in deep Ait.

Two tablexpoons of fat.

One cup of tomato juice.

Put into greaAVd baking dih. Make
sauce of tomatoes thickened with
flour and pour over potatoes. Cover
