sovered, and to enjoin the city from
covering the tracks. The railwav com
pany, city council, county court and
Oregon state highway commission are
all named defendants in the suit. H.

Orville A. Lesley, bookkeeper for
the Oregon Machinery Co., of Eugene,
has suffered a physical breakdown
and will be confined to his bed for
some time according to the examining
doctors. He is taking the "Rest cure"
at the home of his parents here until
he is able to return to his work. Mr.
Harms of the Oregon Machinery com
pany has accepted the services of
Mrs. Lesley until such a timf rr her
husband can return to his desk. She
formerly worked for the Manerude
Huntington Fuel company and was
studying higher accounting along with
