sent out by Secretary of Ststo Koier
to sheriffs and other penco officers of
the state he states that after July 1
no automobilo registration will he
granted a motor vehiclo license un
less the owner shall, at the same time
that he applies for a license plate,
make application (or a certificate of
title to hie vehicle or show that such
application haa already been made.
This la under the law passed by ths
1025 session of the leglslsture, where
by all motor vehicle owners must filo
certificates of title with tho secretary
of state.
