Real Estate man Faces Charge of Murdering Woman KANSAS CITY, Mo., March 12. Churged in a dying statement by Mr. Dora Gage, of Atchison, Kan sun, with having given her noison so that he could collect insurance policies which she had assigned to him, Hoy M. Tur ner, 25, was being held here today for investigation. Mrs. Gage died at a hospital yester day, shortly after che had been found in her hotel room, writhing in pain, on the floor.
