The districts to be changed are numbers 0, 14, 21, 22, 24, 2(1, 28, :I0, 31, 35, 38, 43, 44, CI, BO, BT, 04, 00, 00, 70. These changes are made in order that road assessments may be set ac curately ae in many cases the assess ments against property for special levies have to be made in more than one road district. The new boundaries are to follow property lines more closely, the court states. CRESWELL, Jan. 30. (Specislj. John H. Ferguson died st bis home nesr Creswell on Thursdsy morning, Jsnuary 29, at the age of 70 jean. His widow, Mrs. Cora Ferguson, and three daughters snd one son, Minnie F.
