(Dally OUlaJniman.) As a usual thlngthe thought con nected with a will left" by a person w h n h n R riennried this world, is ' that It Is a legal document, pre pared by a legal advisor, for the ' purpose ot disposing ot wordly ' possessions In the manner pleasing ' to its maker, without interference I from the courts. Hut a document ;-recently came to light, which was , given the mime of will by Its mak er, yet It needed no legal procedure to be probated, nor could it be ! broken by the courts. In fact it was a beautiful poem In prose. The remarkalile document was left by nn Insane man. Charles Lounsberry by name, who lived at one lime in Oklahoma City and , died more than a year ago at an In stitution for the Insane In this I state. The paper drawn up. as he i i wished II. later vcat found among ; HEAVY FALL COLONIST some or his possessions ny a menu, las he had no family or relatives te ! which they should be returned. Lounsberry, before losing his ! mental reason, was an ordinary business man, engaged In the writ ing of Insurance. As far as known, he never attempted to write for publication, nor was he educated better than the average person. The loss of his reason, it seems, merely took tile freakish form of causing his brain to create the phrases which he wrote down and named his last will and testament. Happiness His Estate. In this case, the insanity far overreached the man's previous san- itjs yet II did not take the form i which ordinarily would be expected. Some Insane people are obf-essed with the idea that they own all (he riches and wealth of the world, and they might be expected to devise a peculiar manner of disponing of It after I heir death. Hut it was not so with .Mr. Lounsberry. He ad mitted that he had no wordly pos sessions, and his estate, according to his Idea, consisted of the true sources of happiness, the kind which nature provides. The will was as follows: "1, Charles Lounsberry, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testamony in order as justly may be to distribute ln.v interest In the world among suc cedding men. "Thai part of my interes which is known in law. and recognized In the sheep bound volumes as my property, being Inconsiderable and of no amount, I make no disposal of In this my will. . "My right to live, being hut a life estale. Is not at, my disposal, but these things excepted, all else In the world I now proceed to dovlse and bequeathe. "I give to good fathers and moth ers In trust for their children, nil good Utile words of praise and en couragement, and all quaint pet, naiiips and endearments, nnd I charge said parents to use them Justly and generously, as the needs of their children may require. "I leave to the children Inclusi vely, but only for the term of their childhood, all and everyone, the flowers of th? fb-lds and the blos soms of the woods with the right to play nmong them freely accord ing to the customs of children, tho banks of brooks, and tho golden sands beneath the waters thereof, and the odors or tho willows lhat dip therein, and the while clouds that float high over the giant trees. And I leave to children tho long, long days in which to be merry a thousand ways, and the night ' and the noon, and the train of the Milky way at which wonder, but subject nevertheless lo the lights herein after given to lovers. Woman s Power Over Man Woman's most glorioui endowment is the power to awiiken and hold the pure and honest love of a worthy man. When she loses it and still loves on, no one in the wide world can know the heart agony she endures. The woman who sutlers from weuk nesi and derangement of her special womanly or gauistn soon loses the power to sway the heart of a man. Her general health suffers and she loses Iter tfood looks, her attractiveness, her amiability end her power and prestige as a woman. Dr. H.V. Pierce, of Buffalo, N.Y., with the assistance of his stuff of uhlc physicianti, has prescribed for and cured many thousands of women. He has deviled a successful remedy for woman's ail ments. It is known (is Or. Tierce's Inivorifo Prescription. It is a positive specific for the weaknesses und disorders peculiar to women. It purifies, regu lates, strengthens and heals. Medicine dealers sell it. No honest dealer will edvikc you to accept a substitute in order to make a little larger profit. IT MAKES WEAK WOMEN STRONG, f SICK WOMEN WELL.
