PRESIDENT MOORE, OF OREGON TRUST, WILL PLEAD GUILTY Portland. Or.. April 13. W. H. Moore, ex-president of the Oregon Trust & Savings Bank, will plead guilty today to one of the five Indict ments with Which ho ls charged. Mr. Moore will appear before Presiding Judge Morrow this morning and will plead guilty to a charge of having ac cented deposits when the .bank was Insolvent. This plea ls the result, It Is be lieved, of an Informal agreement en tered into by District Attorney Cam eron, on behalf of the state and Charles : W. Fulton, representing Moore. Mr. Fulton communicated with .Mr. Cameron yesterday and in formed him his client would make the plea of guilty. That by this means the united evi dence of Moore and E. E. iLytle may be obtained against W.Cooper Morris seems assured. (By Moore making a plea of guilty, he may be used to give state's evidence.
