It will ac commodate six famliieB, three down stairs and three up Btalrs, and will contain 30 rooms five to the family besides closets, toilets, bathrooms, woodsheds, etc. The entire building will be heated by a steam furnace and hot and cold water will be piped to every apartment. In each apartment will also be a gas range for cooking purposes. It fs expected that the work of erecting the building will begin very soon after the first of the new year.
