Stewart, a prominent citizen Of Curtln, Pass Creek canyon, was transacting - business In Cottage Grove Monday. There Is strong sen blment in that part of north Douglas Iji favor of forming a new county out Of north Douglas and south Lane. Those people with their extensive iimber interests need road and bridge improvements and they get practl cally no county aid In this direction The same may be said of the Divide, .tipper Coast Fork, Bohemia mines and Lorane country. The only re lief for the neglected sections of Lane and Douglas is the formation of at new county. I Just as the Leader has said many times before, the rapid development of this part of Lane and Douglas count es. their many needs and re quirements and their seats, demand the formation of a new county from the northern and southern sections rlf these two monster counties, with Cottage Grove as the county seat, in which event the interests or iorane Pass creek. Coast Fork. How river and Bohemia would be promptly looked after and the development of this favored soceion hastened and in creased a hundred fold. -tottaU pan mm Every Woman MARVEL Whirling Sprcy 4th I . - ... ;n no -r r.l,iMll4'.w .iw I WtUaU -.im urTemr.., litiMiMliruii;, j , "if HAWKING M A ( ' 1 1 1 M -S .
