WILLAMETTE SLAY NOT 8BCTRE COACH It is doubtful from the present out look, if Willamette university will have a football coach for the coming season. At the present time It seems that the work of securing a competent coach Is at a standstill. With plenty of excellent material on hand the need of a good coach is most apparent. Glen I'nruh, manager of athletics, has been working to tecure a coach, but his negotiations were stopped by the board of trustees, which said that it would see to the matter.. It seems thut the athletic manager has been curtailed in his power and that an athletic counsel will take charge of affuirs. At present Ihis leaves the authority in the hands of President Human, who is absent from the city at the conference at Wenatchee, Washington. RORX In Eugene, Sept. 11, 1908, to Jas. Hayes and wife, of Junction City, a son. How to Get Strong P. J. Daly, of 1247 West Congress street, Chicago, tells of a way to be come strong. He says: "My moth er, who is old and was very feeble, Is deriving so much benefit from Elec tric Bitters that I feel It is my duty to tell those who need a tonic and strengthening medicine about It. In my mother's case a marked gain In flesh has resulted, Insomnia has been overoome. and she Is steadily growing stronger." Electric Bitters quickly remedy stomach, liver and kidney complaints.
