a deserting corporal of the Third' In-'
fantrw, woe arrested last night tor
causing the death of Ira Nesslnger on
Saturday night. Barker confessed to
the crime, but claims that the act fol
lowed a quarrel. Barker caused the
trouble by molesting a lo-year-old
girl. He denies robbing the man af
ter the murder.
