How can it avoid ad vancing iii value with these lots lying right against the built up district, and where the city is certain to get its greatest growth? Let one of the agents named below take you out there. You don't need to buy if you don't want to, but we think you will want to after you see these fine lots and know about the easy terms you make your own termsyou may have. Better not wait; the other fellow is getting busy and it's time you acted, before all are sold. There are only twenty lots and two acre tracts left. OREGON LAND O Ballard against Klamath county, J. The first recall petition In Oregon under the new amendment to the constitution adopted at the June election is be ing circulated In the first ward by prohibitionists for the recall of John D. Olwell, councilman. The alleged cause of the recall Is that Mr. Ol well does not now reside In the ward. The real cause Is thought to be that he voted to license the Hotel Nash bar, and It is hoped that by getting Olwell out to elect a councilman in his place who will favor a dry city. Mr. Olwell Is a popular business man of the city and no complaint was ever filed regarding his removal to another ward until Councilman Wortman changed his vote last Tues day because he voted to keep the Ho tel Nash bar In operation. Mr. Wort man threatened an injunction against the license at the time, but abandon ed his intention. A SIMPIjK QUESTION. Eugene People are Requested To Honestly Answer This.
