Among the senate bills passing the house Wendesday eveuing was No. 110, by Wehrung, providing for the appropriation by the county courts of money out of tho genoral funds for advertising the resources theroof, and making exhi bits thereof at county, district aud state fairs. Tho text of the bill is as follows: "Section 1. That the County Court of each of the aevorul counties of this stute bo aud it la heroby author ized aud empowered to appropriate out of tho gonoral couuty fuud of such county not otherwise appro priated, such roasonable amount of money, not exceeding the sum of $1000 annually, aa to such court may sooin wise and expedient for the printing aud distribution of such other forms as may be determined up on for tho purpose of advertising aud making kuown the various agricultur al, horticultural, mining, manufac turing, commercial aud other resour ses of such couuty, aud for the pur poso of making oxhibits thereof at county, district aud state fairs.
