The ceremonies will begin Bunday morning, June 16, when Rev Mao H Wallace, of the First Con gregational church of Eugene, will de liver tbt baooalaureate sermon to the senior class. Committees from various olvlo organizations of tbe city assured the general committee tbat tbey were in aooord with the movcmeuuiof the committee and tbat tbey could be de pended upon to take an relive part in tbe celebration. Otto Gllatrap and Chris KauOman were appointed to ar range for tbe "plug ngly" parade. It has been deolded by those In obarge to have a two-days celebration, wbloh will be one of the grandest ever held In tbe valley. On the third there will be borse-raolng, blue rook pigeon shooting, bsseball games, and follow ing out tbe Guard's suggestion, the committee is arranging for a sham battle to occur lo the forenoon, to be participated lo by the Fourth Regl' ment, O N G, which will break camp tbat day, after a week's encampment at Bangs' Paik. In tbe evening of the third there will be a grand ball in tbe Armory. On the Fourth there will be the most elaborate parade ever held in the olty, literary exerolses in tbe Park, horse noes, tbe "plug ugly" parade, etc, and In tbe evening fire works and another dance in the Armory. The famous Fourth Raglment band and other musical organizations to be engaged later will furnish mnslo. With the one-fare rate to be made by the B P R R large crowds from other towns along tbe rat 'road will at tend our celebration besides tbe nsual big turnout from the rural d 1st riots of tbe oounty. Still More Counterfeiting. The Beoret Service I::b unearthed another band of counterfeiters and se cured a large quantity of bogus bills which are so cleverly executed tbat tbe average person would never suspect them of being spurious. Things of great value are always seleoted by counterfeiters for imitation, notably the celebrated Hostel ter's Stomaob Bitten, which b is many Imitators but no equals for indigestion, dyspepsia, constipation, nervousness and general debility. The ground for the new University building wss broken this forenoon and a number of teams are now at work exoavating tor a basement.
