It has bean seven or eight years since any pamphlets of this de scription have been published in Eu gene, and some accurately detailing conditions and resources at the present day, and should be at once prepared. Not only that, but there are many matters for tbe benefit of tne commu nity which can only be disposed through the efforts of a board of trade, or similar organization, and they should be attended to at onoe.
