Walter J, Shelley Bound Over the Sum of Rso. in Justloe C A Wintermeier this after noon concluded his review of evidence and finding of fact lu the preliminary examination of Walter j'Hhelley, held yesterday, and bound the young man over to appear before the next sesalon ot the circuit court lu tlie sum of $250, which was furnished by J M Shelley, bis father, and H A Vincent. The case is well remembered. Two weeks ago while Shelley, then nlgbt clerk of the Hotel Eugene, was going to the depot at 8 o'clock In the morn ing to find out the time of trains, be claimed to have beeu held up opposite the Minnesota House and robbed of $90, one $20 bill and seveu $'0 bills, which bad been entrusted to him by a patron of the house. He atonce noti fied the officers, and Policeman Croner went with bim back along the line finding a torn envelope a block off the street oontaiuing two $10 bills.
