All Ih territories will elect delegates on the same day and the following stats elections will be held in No- vember: Colorado, to choose a euooessor to the present deraooratio governor and democratic-populist Btate officials. Connecticut, to choose a whole state tioket. The present governor is a ropublloan. Delaware, a governor for four years in place of the democratic inoumbont. There is no lloutonant governor in Delaware. Idaho, a , state tioket for four years. s Illinois, a stale tioket for four yean. The present ropublloan governor of Illinois is not a candi date for re-eleotlon. Indiana, a state tioket for four years. Iowa, a secretary of state. Kansas, a governor and state tioket for two years. WeBt Virginia, in which a gov ernor and state officers will be elected for a like period. The pres ent administration of West Vir ginia is republican. Wisconsin, in which a governor and state officers will be elected.
