Eleventh That said defendant, E O Potter, W T Bailey and H D Edwards, have been requested to abate tbe nuisance oreated by tbe acta of tbe said defendant, tbe Eugene Loan A Savings Bank, hereinbefore set forth, and to perform tbelr duty as trustees aforesaid to protect said square and bigbway and tbe ubb thereof, but have refused and negleoted so to do, and have wrongfully, fraudulently and oollusively and In violation of said trust made said pretended deeds aa aforesaid. About 350 men are now working on the Mohawk branch of the 8PRR. The general contractor, Archie MaBon, bas sab-let portions of the road to at least six or seven men. All the teams needed are at work on the grade. About 160 of tbe men are Italians and Japanese, The abuttments of tbe MoKenzle bridge will be completed in about one week, when the work of putting up the Bteel bridge will be rushed. It is rumored that the Mohawk crooslngs will be piled and later In the season permanent bridges will be constructed in place of the piling.
