The latest reports received aro that the right eyo will have its sight fully restored, but the left eye will prob ably be bereft of sight. Mr Law ler has been kept in a dark room for several weeki, attended only by his surgeon, trained nurses and Mrs Lawlcr, but it is expected he will soon bo released from confinement. Tho treatment he underwent was a horoic one, but it was the only means loft to preserve his sight, and tho fact that the operation has provon partly successful is a source of groat satisfaction to his family and friends.
